Why are parking reservations required?

At OCCC, the breathtaking beauty of the slopes awaits, but so does the challenge of parking. Parking reservations have become necessary to ensure every guest enjoys seamless access to the resort's winter wonderland. By securing a reservation in advance, visitors guarantee themselves a stress-free arrival, eliminating the worry of arriving and being turned away due to insufficient space availability.

If you would like to avoid the parking hassles, please feel free to use our weekend shuttle service, which is available from the Enumclaw Expo Center and Fairgrounds.

How much is a parking reservation?

Parking reservations are for weekends and holidays only. Advanced reservations are $22.00 per day. If you are a season pass holder, complimentary parking is opened the Tuesday before each weekend on a first-come, first-served basis. If you choose to book in advance, the reservation fee does apply.

What are the hours I can park with my reservation?

Parking for weekend services opens at 6:00 AM to public parking. Reservations are required between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM. First lifts start at 8:30 AM.

Do I have to reserve parking in advance or can I pay on-site?

Reservations are required on weekends for all guests in Advance. There is no Payment On-Site. Tickets will be issued to guests who do not reserve ahead of time.

What happens if there is a weather incident that closes the mountain?

If the weather prevents the mountain from operating, you will receive an automatic refund for your parking purchase.

Can I transfer my parking pass to a friend?

No, parking passes are not transferable and are tied to your account.

Can I use my pass on a different date than the original date I reserved?

No, the reservation date is only valid for that day. Any other dates needed require their own reservation.

Are passes refundable?

No, once passes are purchased for a specific date, passes are non-refundable.

I am an Ikon pass. Can I cancel my reservation?

Why do I have a limit on cancellations?

We hope to keep weekend reservations open to as many guests as possible. We understand that there are parameters around needing to cancel, and we want to work with you on your circumstances. However, if you make a reservation, we hope that the intent is to join us for the weekend instead of holding a spot that can potentially be used by another guest.

How far in advance can I reserve parking?

Weekends are open for reservations with a $22.00 fee. If you are a season pass holder, complimentary parking(free parking) is open the Tuesday before each weekend.

When do parking reservations ‘close’?

Reservations close at 1:00 PM on the date desired. No reservation is required after 1:00 PM on the date of skiing, and parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability.

What if I don’t know my license plate number when I reserve parking?

You can add or edit the license plate of the vehicle you are driving to your account at any point before your arrival at the mountain. From the Menu, click “Purchases”. Then, simply click on the license plate you wish to update.

How much is a parking violation ticket if I don’t reserve parking in advance?

Do I have to reserve parking every day I go to OCCC?

Reservations are required for every weekend day individually and holidays. No reservations will be required Monday to Friday unless it is a holiday.

What if I’m not skiing? Do I still need to reserve parking?

Yes, a reservation will be required if parked for more than 20 minutes. Drop-offs do not require a reservation at this time.

When can season pass holders reserve parking?

Season pass holders have complimentary parking open to them the Tuesday before each weekend. Season Pass holders can book in advance for any weekend for the $22.00 parking fee.

How many parking passes can I reserve at one time? (Season / single tix)

You are able to book as many parking passes for the season as you would like, each day booked is $22.00 and as a reminder, there are no refunds.

Is reserved parking in a specific location?

When arriving onsite, parking is first-come, first-served, and our attendants will help guide you to the best available parking.

I’m staying at a OCCC property, do I need to reserve parking?

No, reservations are not required if you are staying at the hotels on the property. Please park in the designated parking locations for the hotels provided to you.

I’m not receiving the OTP, what should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. Double-check the email for spelling and numerical errors. What payment types are accepted?

Payments should work with any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay International logo.

How do I obtain a receipt?

Who do I contact if I want to challenge the parking violation?

How do I pay for my violation?

What happens if I don’t pay for my violation?

Violations will be tied to your license plate and required to be cleared in order to make a reservation. The violation structure is as follows:

How long do I have to pay my parking violation?

14 days to pay your parking violation or before your next trip to the mountain.

Is my Crystal Mountain Parking account tied to my Crystal Mountain Resort account?

These two are separate accounts and you will need to access them separately.

Can I have more than 1 car on my account?

Yes, select “Menu” then “My Vehicles” and add as many vehicles as you would like. When booking, you can select which vehicle you are driving up for the day and change it up until the time of arrival.

What if I have a rental car?

If you have a rental car, select “I don’t know my car.” You will be able to add the rental vehicle’s license plate once the vehicle is in possession.

What if I am carpooling and want free parking?

You still need to make a reservation for parking. If this is a paid transaction, your plate will be validated in the Carpool lot, and a refund will be provided to you. If your car is not in the Carpool lot, a refund will not be issued to you. Please allow 48 hours for this to complete.

What do I do if I am an employee?

You still need to register your vehicles in the system and make an account. If you do not make an account and register your vehicles you are subject to getting a violation notice on your car.
